Instead of manually adding initscripts to RDEPENDS of each package, we should make it automatically handled by the update-rc.d.bbclass. This solution would have the benefit of backward compatibility. apmd: fix license segment md5sum boundary

libtool-cross uses ${HOST_SYS}- prefix while building and installing. In some cases that may be different from ${TARGET_PREFIX}, that is currently used in apmd recipe. Drop PRIORITY variable

As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides. This patch executes: find . -regex ".*\.$bb\|inc$$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d' against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for the command.
