meta: use explicit uri for all sourceforge upstream version checks

Previously the check for some recipes relied on sourceforge redirecting from downloads.sourceforge.net (SRC_URI is set to that) into the actual project page. Sourceforge does this for interactive browsers, but not for wget. With the check no longer mimicking a browser, and being truthful about coming from wget we need to explicitly fetch the project page in all cases, which is what this commit does. recipes: Update WORKDIR references to UNPACKDIR

meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. We should use ${PN} instead of 'acpid' for SYSTEMD_SERVICE, otherwise we would have the 'installed-not-shipped' QA error if multilib is enabled and we run `bitbake lib32-acpid'.
