default-distrovars.inc: Fix CONNECTIVITY_CHECK_URIS redirect issue

The default CONNECTIVITY_CHECK_URIS uses "https://yoctoproject.org/connectivity.html" which redirect to "https://www.yoctoproject.org/connectivity.html". Some network configurations with proxies or restricted internet access don't handle HTTP redirects properly during the sanity check phase, causing build failures with: ERROR: OE-core's config sanity checker detected a potential misconfiguration. Either fix the cause of this error or at your own risk disable the checker (see sanity.conf). Following is the list of potential problems / advisories: Fetcher failure for URL: 'https://yoctoproject.org/connectivity.html'. URL doesn't work. Updated the default URL to use the final destination directly to avoid redirect-related connectivity check failures. Also updated SDK test cases in https.py to use the corrected URL for consistency. default-distrovars: Have KERNEL_CONSOLE reference SERIAL_CONSOLES

Currently, KERNEL_CONSOLE has a default value of "ttyS0". However, Arm machines and those using virtio serial prefer to use "ttyAMA0" or "hvc0" (or something else). These are usually defined by the machine config file as SERIAL_CONSOLES, which has one or more entries. Take the first one of those instead of ttyS0, but default back to ttyS0 if nothing is set. Also, use this variable in the efi wic file instead of "ttyS0". Of note, this changes the default speed of the default kernel console from undefined (9600) to 115200. This allows for users of the mkefidisk.wks to work as before but any users of this variable could see changed behavior and would now need to define this as: KERNEL_CONSOLE ?= "ttyS0,9600" This includes revisions suggested by Quentin Schulz and Ross Burton. There is no reason to set an empty default for it, while not doing it for all other potential WHITELIST_* variables. The reason it was set here is a leftover from before when it was actually set to a value. example.com is proving unreliable at present so switch to our own connectivity page instead. That page is very simple avoiding app overhead on our web server which was an original reason for switching to example.com.
