If UBOOT_DTB_BINARY is empty, then don't try inserting the U-Boot signing keys into the DTB. In this configuration the keys are expected to be already present in U-Boot's DTB. 64 bit entry point should be passed in 2 literals ( "0x1 0x00008000" ).ENTRYPOINT is assigned with first half only and erroring out as 'command not found' for the second half. Adding quotes while assignment fixes the issue.
