advantage of new bitbake functionality to check class scope/usage.

As stated in our top level license files, the license is MIT unless
otherwise stated. Add SPDX identifers accordingly. Replace older
license statementa with the standardised syntax. Also drop "All
Rights Reserved" expression as it isn't used now, doesn't mean anything
and is confusing.

other image override variables, convert it to use the overrides format.

<title>image-live.bbclass: order do_bootimg after do_rootfs</title>

do_bootimg expects IMGDEPLOYDIR to exist, since it stores its artifacts
there. Therefore, do_bootimg should run after do_rootfs because
IMGDEPLOYDIR is created before do_rootfs runs since IMGDEPLOYDIR is
contained in do_rootfs' [cleandirs] varflag.

When do_bootimg depends on ${PN}:do_image_${LIVE_ROOTFS_TYPE},
do_bootimg is correctly ordered after do_rootfs because
do_image_${FSTYPE} tasks are added after do_image and do_image itself is
added after do_rootfs.

However, when do_bootimg doesn't depend on
${PN}:do_image_${LIVE_ROOTFS_TYPE}
(introduced by: 96f47c39f1d17f073243913d524bde84add41d8f), do_bootimg
can run before do_rootfs, thus before IMGDEPLOYDIR is created. To
avoid this situation, do_bootimg is now explicitly ordered after
do_rootfs.

`ROOTFS` is optional. It can be empty if the live image doesn't require
a rootfs. In such cases, the build doesn't depend on
`do_image_{LIVE_ROOTFS_TYPE}`.

* similar to kernel-artifact-names for other recipes/bbclasses which
  need to use some deployed artifacts

* bitbake.conf: move IMAGE_BASENAME, IMAGE_VERSION_SUFFIX, IMAGE_NAME,
  IMAGE_LINK_NAME variables

* image_types.bbclass: move IMAGE_NAME_SUFFIX variable

* currently IMAGE_NAME_SUFFIX is used only by image.bbclass,
  image_types.bbclass and meta/recipes-core/images/build-appliance-image_15.0.0.bb
  but if it's needed by some recipe which isn't itself an image, then
  it's useful in bitbake.conf, e.g. we have a recipe for creating
  VirtualBox appliances which combines .wic.vmdk with .ovf file to
  create .zip with appliance, but for that we need the filename of
  .wic.vmdk which now contains IMAGE_NAME_SUFFIX
  https://github.com/webOS-ports/meta-webos-ports/blob/4980ce52a43ac6897657602810313af359f0b839/meta-luneos/recipes-core/images/luneos-emulator-appliance.inc#L24

* we were hardcoding .rootfs suffix where needed, but for quite long
  time it's configurable with IMAGE_NAME_SUFFIX since:

  commit 380ee36811939d947024bf78de907e3c071b834f
  Author: Patrick Ohly &lt;patrick.ohly@intel.com&gt;
  Date:   Mon Mar 7 18:07:52 2016 +0100

    image creation: allow overriding .rootfs suffix

  and might not match with hardcoded .rootfs, so make it easier to
  use IMAGE_NAME_SUFFIX where needed even without inheritting whole
  image_types.bbclass

<title>image-live: fix check for rootfs size with hddimg images</title>

Currently we check if the rootfs.img size is greater than 4 GB and use
mcopy to copy it over to a hddimg, a FAT32 volume.

This results in problems when IMAGE_ROOTFS_SIZE is set to be exact 4 GB
(4294967296 bytes). mcopy uses the max offset/file size to be 4294967295
and as a result, it errors out without any warning to the user.

Change the 4 GB check to '-ge' to catch these cases. Since we allow
IMAGE_ROOTFS_SIZE to be in KBs, the maximum allowed is 4194303 KB. Also,
tweaked the error message to refer to wic too.

The logic can be improved and the historical NOISO/NOHDD variables
moved into the class and out of common code.

The variables are also then removed in favour of directly controlling
the behaviour from IMAGE_FSTYPES in line with all the other image types.
