This has the following benefits:
- consistent with how the other caches are created into target rootfs
- only runs once per package manager transaction, instead of once per every immodule package
- correctly postpones to first boot if qemu is not working; from postinst itself
this would've required special arrangements to avoid what is now a do_rootfs failure.

getVar() now defaults to expanding by default, thus remove the True
option from getVar() calls with a regex search and replace.

Search made with the following regex: getVar ?\(( ?[^,()]*), True\)

gtk-immodules-cache.bbclass: Use bb.fatal() instead of raising FuncFailed

This sets a good example and avoids unnecessarily contributing to
perceived complexity and cargo culting.

Motivating quote below:

< kergoth> the *original* intent was for the function/task to error via
whatever appropriate means, bb.fatal, whatever, and
funcfailed was what you'd catch if you were calling
exec_func/exec_task. that is, it's what those functions
raise, not what metadata functions should be raising
< kergoth> it didn't end up being used that way
< kergoth> but there's really never a reason to raise it yourself

FuncFailed.__init__ takes a 'name' argument rather than a 'msg'
argument, which also shows that the original purpose got lost.

This commit in gtk+ moved the cache files below <libdir>
"
commit c8849046860a9b17fa943247d85ddadb29262b48
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen@redhat.com>
Date: Thu Jul 4 09:27:17 2013 -0400
Move the module cache files below libdir

These files contain architecture-dependent paths, and thus placing them
into sysconfdir causes unnecessary hassle. Now the immodule cache file is
looked for in libdir/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodules.cache. Belated backport of a
change that was done in the run-up to 3.0.". Update gtk-immodules-cache.bbclass
to use that path.

The environment variable "GTK_IM_MODULE_FILE" can also be set to point GTK+
at the file to fix this problem. However, it causes problems for gtk3 apps.

Rather than just use d.getVar(X), use the more explict d.getVar(X, False)
since at some point in the future, having the default of expansion would
be nice. This is the first step towards that.

This patch was mostly made using the command:

sed -e 's:\(getVar([^,()]*\)\s*):\1, False):g' -i `grep -ril getVar *`
