classes: Add SPDX license identifiers

As stated in our top level license files, the license is MIT unless otherwise stated. Add SPDX identifers accordingly. Replace older license statementa with the standardised syntax. distro_features_check: expand with IMAGE_FEATURES

In addition to checking DISTRO_, MACHINE_, and COMBINED_ FEATURES for required or conflicting features, extend this functionality in order to check IMAGE_FEATURES in the same way. features_check: Factorize code for checking features

The DISTRO/MACHINE/COMBINED features should be treated identically, so convert the expanded code to a loop. This fixes some of the COMBINED error messages which were previously referring to MACHINE features. There should be no functional changes. distrodata/maintainers: Add PARSE_ALL_RECIPES flag to fix test issues

Currently the test depends on which DISTRO_FEATURES and targets are selected. Similar to SOURCE_MIRROR_FETCH, add PARSE_ALL_RECIPES to allow the test to see a much wider range of them. This avoids issues added by the new ucontext musl specific recipe and allows the current whitelist to be cleared out a bit (more cleanup can follow). Besides checking DISTRO_FEATURES for required or conflicting features, being able to check MACHINE_FEATURES and/or COMBINED_FEATURES may also be useful at times. Temporarily support the old class name with a warning about future deprecation.
