Move classes to classes-global or classes-recipe as appropriate to take
advantage of new bitbake functionality to check class scope/usage.

As stated in our top level license files, the license is MIT unless
otherwise stated. Add SPDX identifers accordingly. Replace older
license statementa with the standardised syntax. Also drop "All
Rights Reserved" expression as it isn't used now, doesn't mean anything
and is confusing.

Also drop editor config lines where they were present.

<title>deploy.bbclass: Clean DEPLOYDIR before do_deploy</title>

do_deploy should clean up ${DEPLOYDIR} before running, just like do_install
cleans up ${D} before running. This reduces the risk of DEPLOYDIR being
accidentally contaminated by files from previous runs, possibly even with
different config, in case of incremental builds.

It is convenient to have this in deploy.bbclass, so it doesn't have to be
duplicated in every recipe, considering for example meta-freescale, which
has 23 affected recipes.

All recipes using deploy.bbclass (grep -r 'inherit .*deploy') in poky,
meta-openembedded and meta-freescale look like they either benefit from
this or are at least not affected negatively by it. The only exception
I've noticed was uboot-sign.bbclass, which was however fixed by the
previous patch.

This adds the markup to inform bitbake to rerun the deploy task per MACHINE.
This makes sense since DEPLOY_DIR_IMAGE contains MACHINE. Doing it this
way means the same artefact will be reused from sstate rather than rebuilt.

<title>sstate: Get rid of crazy name mapping</title>

When originally developed, it was thought a task may have more than one associated
sstate archive. The way the code has grown that idea is now not possible or needed.
We can therefore assume one sstate archive per task and drop the crazy name
mapping code. Simpler is better in this case.

The downside is that various sstate archives will change name so this forces a cache
rebuild. Given the other sstate changes going in at this time, this isn't really
a bad thing as things would rebuild anyway.
