As Alex Kanavin found, dependencies aren't always populated, particularly with the hash equivalence server enabled locally: 'bitbake core-image-minimal' with gtk+ disabled. can confirm with: $ tmp/work/x86_64-linux/qemu-helper-native/1.0-r1/recipe-sysroot-native/usr/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 -display gtk qemu-system-x86_64: Display 'gtk' is not available. Enable gtk in local.conf with: PACKAGECONFIG_append_pn-qemu-system-native = " gtk+" 'bitbake core-image-minimal', without deleting tmp/ $ tmp/work/x86_64-linux/qemu-helper-native/1.0-r1/recipe-sysroot-native/usr/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 -display gtk qemu-system-x86_64: Display 'gtk' is not available. This change ensures the dependencies are correctly handled as the full sysroot is always depended upon even if things come from sstate. Building on a host OS other than a recent version of Linux is not recommended or supported. Drop the historical _build-${BUILD_OS} over-ride to avoid giving the impression that other host OS's might be supported. cross.bbclass: Remove usage of host flags for cross-compilation

BUILD_* flags can't be used as TARGET_* flags even for "cross" packages. gcc-cross buils leaks config.log's through "gcc-stashed-builddir" and TARGET_* flags to libgcc cross-build through "gcc/libgcc.mvars" file on "gcc-stashed-builddir". This means that if BUILD_CFLAGS contains host-specific flags like "-isystem/usr/include" libgcc build will fail "do_qa_configure" and "do_package_qa" checks. Remove host-related flags from TARGET_* flags for gcc-cross build. cross.bbclass: override TARGET_* flags

Some TARGET_* flags are being exported in bitbake.conf currently, so they are impacting all the tasks of a cross recipe even they are not in use at all. This can lead a lot of churn when the cross sysroot are shared by machines while they have defined different TARGET_* flags. And sometimes it even causes "Taskhash mismatch" errors. For this we move them out of the python section so they can be overridden on a per-recipe basis. The motivation for this change is that not all tool chains need the path modifications provided by the command, and these will provide alternative or empty commands.
