Clutter and Cogl are not used by anything in oe-core, and in Gnome are
legacy components so are only used by a few applications. The recipes
have already been moved to meta-gnome so they can now be removed from
oe-core.

This required adding an option to control gobject introspection
via a custom patch, and tweaking clutter.bbclass to not enforce
autotools.

There are various escape characters in these stings which python warns
about so use the correct regex markup for them.

The Clutter class's ability to switch between tarballs and git isn't really
useful, so remove it. If it comes back, it should use the devupstream class.

git.gnome.org is no more. It has ceased to be. It's an ex-git.

Please see here:
https://about.gitlab.com/2018/05/31/welcome-gnome-to-gitlab/

Note that gitlab does not support git://, only https:// (and ssh).

Usage of FILESPATH is discouraged, since it can make recipes harder to
bbappend. Instead FILESEXTRAPATHS should be used to extend the path.
However in clutter the default paths solves the problem if we
put all patches in ${BP} directory instead.

It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the
default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for
git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed.

Clutter and cogl no longer use --with-fpu configure option, so we no longer
require the get_fpu_settings() function.
