archiver: Don't try to preserve all attributes when copying files

Similar to https://git.openembedded.org/bitbake/commit/?id=2f35dac0c821ab231459922ed98e1b2cc599ca9a there is a problem in this code when copying from an NFS mount. We currently use cp -p, which is a shortcut for --preserve=mode,ownership,timestamps. We shouldn't need to preserve mode/ownership, only timestamps. Update the code in the same way the bitbake fetcher was fixed for consistency. This fixes build failures on OpenSUSE 16.0. archiver.bbclass: Fix work-shared checking for kernel recipes

Source dir can be a symbolic link in some BSP's linux kernel recipe which points to work-shared path (like linux-fslc in meta-freescale). Change to use os.path.realpath() in order to get real path of source dir. archiver.bbclass: Drop tarfile module to improve performance

* The tarfile module doesn't support xz options or environment varible XZ_DEFAULTS, this makes do_ar_patched incrediblely slow when the file is large, for example, chromium-x11 is about 3GB: - "bitbake chromium-x11 -car_patched" hasn't been done after 3 hours on my host, I checked the partial tar.xz file is only 1.5GB, so maybe more than 6 hours is required to complete the task. - Now only less than 4 minutes is needed on the same host. * Need add xz to HOSTTOOLS when archiver.bbclass is enabled and compression is xz. Extending archiver is not possible without duplicating the anonymous function's logic. Move this logic in a separate function "include_package" which returns a bool. archiver: avoid using machine variable as it breaks multiconfig

STAGING_KERNEL_DIR uses the MACHINE name so it breaks the multiconfig and in this cases it will run the shared recipes twice, one for each machine. archiver.bbclass: some recipes that uses the kernelsrc bbclass uses the shared source

This fix a race that happens when building some of the followning recipes with kernel at same time. classes: Add SPDX license identifiers

As stated in our top level license files, the license is MIT unless otherwise stated. Add SPDX identifers accordingly. Replace older license statementa with the standardised syntax.
