There is no need to have two assignments; also setting S from
UNPACKDIR (and not vice versa) is more logical as unpack
task comes first, and tasks that come after unpack use S to access
unpack results.

Also adjust reference test data in selftest/recipeutils to reflect changes in test recipes.

- Do not use the ${} bitbake syntax for shell internal variables
- Fix shellcheck SC2045 warning:
Iterating over ls output is fragile. Use globs.

Since the change done in commit 32cba1cc916a ("insane: Error for S ==
WORKDIR"), usage of WORKDIR is not allowed anymore.

Switch S from WORKDIR to UNPACKDIR as implemented in commit d9328e3b0b06
("recipes: Switch away from S = WORKDIR").

<title>devicetree.bbclass: Allow selection of dts files to build</title>

Add DT_FILES variable to allow the user of the class to select specific
dts files to build. This is useful for packages featuring dts files
for multiple machines.

Since many machine configs contain a list of dtb files
(e.g. KERNEL_DEVICETREE), DT_FILES works with both dts and dtb files.
