classes/mirrors: use geo-located kernel.org mirrors

We use the kernel.org mirrors for a number of projects: obviously the kernel, but also the GNU tarballs are fetched from there too. However, mirrors.kernel.org does not have any geo-proximity DNS magic and will always resolve to the primary server on in west coast USA, which is far from ideal if you're not near there. Switch the mirror URLs to mirrors.edge.kernel.org, which does actually resolve to a closer server. mirrors: rationalise Debian mirrors

Change DEBIAN_MIRROR to point at the canonical server, deb.debian.org. This is a CDN-backed server using network magic to load balance across the planet so there's no need to set a slew of regional mirrors. Also add a more recent snapshot.debian.org from the beginning of 2025. mirrors: Switch llvm to use shallow cloning

Add the new infraroot.at mirror to the MIRRORS string for https sources since infradead.org does not support https and certain proxy configs cause this fetch to fail. mirrors: Allow shallow glibc to work correctly

The intention of the mirror code was to allow faster cloning of glibc. This wasn't quite working since the full clone was needed by glibc-tests or cross-localedef-native. I noticed this when I updated a build and it was trying to unpack glibc but fetch cross-localedef-native. Add entries to cover these and restore the faster cloning for glibc and realted recipes. This is useful e.g. when using meta-clang, which introduces a dependency to nativesdk-binutils when populating the SDK, and then a full tarball of binutils is fetched additionally to a shallow tarball.
