selftest/virgl: drop the custom 30 sec timeout

This is occasionally reached on the AB; I am not sure if it is due to host overload, or guest malfunction, but let's use the default 300 sec and see if it helps. selftest: add test for recipes with patches in overrides

selftest/recipetool: Drop globbing SRC_URI test, no longer supported

devtool: do not write md5sums into upgraded recipes
