Add branch name explicitly to SRC_URI where it's not defined and switch
to using https protocol for Github projects.

The change was made using convert-srcuri script in scripts/contrib.

So that they're reported correctly when checking 'universe' for
latest upstream versions.

<title>recipes-test: exclude recipes from world target</title>

These recipes should be excluded from target 'world' because these are
just intended to be used internally by oe-selftest (devtool, recipetool, etc.)
