poky: remove Ubuntu 20.04 from supported distribtions

This distribution will not be supported for the next release, so remove it from SANITY_TESTED_DISTROS. The worker on the Autobuilder has been disconnected soon after Ubuntu 20.04 reached EOL. meta-poky: set S from UNPACKDIR in recipes that use only local files

There is no need to have two assignments; also setting S from UNPACKDIR (and not vice versa) is more logical as unpack task comes first, and tasks that come after unpack use S to access unpack results.
