wic/bootimg-efi: Update docs for IMAGE_BOOT_FILES support in bootimg-efi

List of files defined using IMAGE_BOOT_FILES are installed into the boot partition when preparing an image using the wic tool with the bootimg-efi source plugin. The corresponding code in bootimg-efi.py is updated to add this feature, the documentation is updated to reflect the change.
