With the introduction of a DISTRO_NAME_NO_CAP variable, the occurrences of the DISTRO_NAME variable had to be checked to see if they really should be using the "NO_CAP" variable instead. poky.ent, bsp-guide: Removed eMenlow example and updated 2.1 variables

Probably should have committed these separately but.... * Updated the BSP guide to use an example that we support. I removed the eMenlow stuff completely. * Fixed poky.ent so the 15.0.0 stuff is used for the variables. This supports the 2.1 release.
