documentation: Removed deprecated kernel-manual.

Fixes [YOCTO #4810] I removed this manual from the tip of the repo. We carried a symlink to it for the 1.4 and 1.4.1 release. Now it is time to get rid of it. Removing this manual should get rid of the folder in the poky/documentation folder for future clones of that repo. This bug was entered because someone tried to make the manual for YP 1.5. It is debatable as to whether this is a fix or not. You might argue that the bug is not even a bug. White space at the end of a line in the DocBook .XML files presents a problem for certain Git commands. It evidently shows the white space as red-highlighted errors. I have removed the white space from this concepts chapter. Also, fixed one grammar item. Reported-by: Robert P. J. Minor edits to the BSP Guide, the Development Manual, and the Kernel Manual to address [YOCTO #1717], which noted confusion over the kernel manual when a user was trying to find kernel configuration information. The fix for this bug involved several areas. I had previously created a new section called "Kernel Configuration" in the kernel manual and "Configuring the Kernel" in the YP Development manual. There were several rounds of feedback from Bruce Ashfield. This commit represents the final touches on the three manuals to address the bug. This section is the first attempt at a new, high-level discussion of Linux Yocto Kernel configuration. The section is supposed to introduce the concepts only and leave the "How to" stuff for other areas of the documentation. I have thrown this section out to the Yocto Projects Discussion list for feedback. It will change.
