Since commit f6d963fa6d0e ("kernel: make kernel-base recommend kernel-image, not depend"), present in Kirkstone 4.0, one should set RRECOMMENDS and not RDEPENDS to avoid including the kernel in the image, so let's update the documentation to reflect that. A 500 KB source file is always harder to manage, and can have section title conflicts. So, the "Common Tasks" document is gone and all its constituents are moved up one level.
