Updated the recipe creation figure. I had to re-order the flow and also generalize the supporting services installation part of the diagram. Fleshed out the "Fecthing" section with SRC_URI examples and much more detail. Partial fix for [YOCTO #5368] Updated the figure to not have the tarball method in there for setting up poky repo locally. Also, added specific references to the environment setup scripts. Partial fix to [YOCTO #5368] I updated the workflow so that it does not have the tarball extraction option to set up local copies of poky and meta-intel.
