The logic in the bbdebug handling is inverted so fix it and now we see the expected messages from runqueue with -D and -DD. This should then let us debug other issues using those log messages. Instead, change the bitbake loggers debug() call to match the python logger call and add a debug2() and debug3() API to replace calls that were logging to a different debug level.
