kvmtool: fix compilation errors

Fixed issues:
Usage of makedev requires including <sys/sysmacros.h> otherwise
the error is raised due to multiple definition in <sys/types.h>.

Add include path to kernel headers required to get kvmtool
compilatioin successful.
