dynamic-layers/raspberrypi: drop linux-yocto 5.10 bbappend
* the inc file was dropped in:
58f5ac6 kernel: drop 5.10 .inc
but this .bbappend still causes parsing error, because 5.10 recipes
were removed from oe-core
