machine: Fix UBOOT_CONFIG setting for tie-test-builds

It was pointed out that j722s-evm-k3r5 was incorrectly setup and would not build correctly out of the box. This is due to the fact that we set both UBOOT_MACHINE and UBOOT_CONFIG by default. This was a mistake. While looking into this newish feature I also found that another platform was using a prepend, when it really should just be setting the value for tie-test-builds. Using the new UBOOT_CONFIG flow, enable a mode where additional uboot configurations can be built along side the main config. In this case, turning on USBDFU for a board for testing purposes. Signed-off-by: Ryan Eatmon

k3r5: Remove per-board SYSFW_ variables

These were used back when each board had to select the correct tiboot3.bin to become the default for that board's image. Two things have changed since then, first we deploy all options for tiboot3.bin generated by U-Boot. And second, U-Boot's binman tool now symlinks the most appropriate version of this file for us for the selected U-Boot defconfig file. These are no longer needed so drop them.
