This is the result of automated script conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

This simply causes build warnings about priority of two packages being
same, but infact this is redundant, therefore remove setting ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY
for psplash-raspberrypi
