python3-pyjwt: Upgrade 1.7.1 -> 2.0.0

Upgrade to release 2.0.0:

- Drop support for Python 2 and Python 3.0-3.5
- Drop support for PyCrypto and ECDSA
- Improve typings
- Introduce better experience for JWKs
- Support for JWKs containing ECDSA keys
- Add support for Ed25519 / EdDSA
