python3-langtable: Upgrade to release 0.0.57

Upgrade to release 0.0.57:

- Get translation changes from CLDR
- Add more translations from CLDR
- Replace "ibus/cangjie" with "ibus/table:cangjie"
- Updates for Sami languages
- Updates for Finnish keyboard layouts
