Changes:
- rename SUMMARY with length &gt; 80 to DESCRIPTION
- rename DESCRIPTION with length &lt; 80 to (non present tag) SUMMARY
- drop final point character at the end of SUMMARY string
- remove trailing whitespace of SUMMARY line

It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the
default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for
git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed.

<title>xarchiver: update to 0.5.3 for various bugfixes</title>

xarchiver is unmaintained for long time. Since I think it is worth to invest
further development I did collect pending patches, wrote some myself, pushed
into my git repo and contacted the developer. He signalled 'green light' for me
maintaining xarchiver in the future. As long as I have not yet created/uploaded
a tarball let us use my git-repo for the sources.
