Upgrade to release 2.4.0:

- Task expiration
- Add option to make crontab() parsing strict, raising an error if
an invalid interval specification is given. You probably want to
  enable this.
- Fix bug in the FileStorage dequeue() method, which attempted to
  unlink an open file.
