pyro4 is not maintained anymore, and it doesn't work with Python 3.11 fully either - and sure enough, when I tried to set up ptests with Python 3.13, I got many failures. Drop the recipe. With the upstream check migrated to the simple repo API, a number of the recipes required updates to: 1. Remove outdated UPSTREAM_CHECK_REGEX checks 2.
