poco: make cmake packages relocatable

Before the path to the dependencies was hard coded into the generated PocoConfig.cmake file. This causes issues with sstate. This change overrides the libraries with just the library names and thus let's the linker take care of finding them. Signed-off-by: Pascal Bach Signed-off-by: Martin Jansa

remove True option to getVar calls
