libftdi: Extend for nativesdk

Enable the building of libftdi for nativesdk targets. Enabling nativesdk builds allows for the building and packaging of tools that use libftdi for programming/debugging of boards and devices. libftdi: rely on cmake.bbclass to put cmake package files in dev package
