The licence changed to GPLv2.
The fix from 0001-adjust-signature-of-main.patch is applied upstream.

joe 3.1 segfaults on aarch64, the update fixes this.

Changes:
- rename SUMMARY with length &gt; 80 to DESCRIPTION
- rename DESCRIPTION with length &lt; 80 to (non present tag) SUMMARY
- drop final point character at the end of SUMMARY string
- remove trailing whitespace of SUMMARY line

* it's autodetected from sysroot
* add PACKAGECONFIG to make it deterministic
* ncurses-libtinfo dependency is added only when ncurses is built before joe
