base_contains() is a compatibility wrapper and may warn in the future, so
replace all instances with bb.utils.contains().

by 3.x in oe.core.

WARNING: QA Issue: orrery: /orrery/usr/share/orrery/deepSky/messier is owned by uid 1000,
