The upstream repo location has changed, it's now
https://git.enlightenment.org/old/legacy-imlib2

It's not clear when or why it happened, but the the commit hash we use
in SRCREV exists in the 'new' location, so let's at least update the
SRC_URI for now, and fix this warning:

<title>graphviz: native: create /usr/lib/graphviz/config6 in populate_sysroot</title>

The `dot` tool requires to be run once after installation in order to
create its configuration file.

The do_prepare_recipe_sysroot task uses do_populate_sysroot in order to
prepare the recipe-sysroot-native. Package postinstall scripts are not
executed for -native packages, but files under ${BINDIR}/postinst-* are.

This is quite the same as graphviz-setup.sh does for nativesdk. The
general idea has been taken from
OECORE/meta/classes/pixbufcache.bbclass.

Imlib2 has its own special license, so use that instead of MIT &amp; BSD.

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

I tried backporting Richard's master change but there where many merge conflicts.
I went the lazy route and ran the script.
This is work based on "b402a3076 recipes: Update SRC_URI branch and protocols"

The code/build explicitly links to the GL library names instead of their
sonames. Update the names that are used for linking so the libraries are
found at runtime.

<title>vk-gl-cts: allow the user to specify the target</title>

When building opengl-es-cts (for example), instead of hard-coding a
specific target to build (surfaceless), leave the choice empty by default
which instructs the package's build system to search the sysroot and try to
determine which target to use (i.e. the "Default" target).

Provide overrides (in the form of PACAKGECONFIGs) to allow the user to
specify a specific target to build (if they don't want the target selected
automatically).
