The support for NIS+ has been dropped in libnsl2 [1]
moreover the upstream repository has been archived [2] which indicates that
this component is no more actively maintained

This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Same as with libnss-nis - this will substitute
the glibc nisplus module which has been removed

SRCREV points to 1.3 release plus patch on top which
allows to build with recent glibc versions
