<title>meta-mingw: support generating Windows SDK with no symlink</title>

On some Windows systems, symlinks are not allowed due to IT policy.
We need to be able to generate Windows SDK without symlinks.

To do this, a new variable, WINSDK_NO_SYMLINK, and a new bbclass,
mingw_sdk_handle_symlink.bbclass, are introduced to achieve this.

By default, things work as before; when setting WINSDK_NO_SYMLINK
to "1", SDK will replace all symlinks with the actual contents.

<title>dbus: remove activation workaround</title>

Since "dbus: add message-bus PACKAGECONFIG" the message bus isn't built
in nativesdk builds, so this workaround is no longer needed.

This also means that dbus-launch and dbus-run-session are not built, so
remove them from the FILES.

<title>core-image-mingw-sdktest: depend on nativedk-dbus-tools, not -dbus</title>

The dbus package is the bus daemon itself, which doesn't make a lot of
sense in the context of the host component of a SDK. From "dbus: add
message-bus PACKAGECONFIG" in oe-core, nativesdk builds of dbus won't
build the bus at all.

Instead, change the dependency in this recipe to nativedk-dbus-tools,
which are marginally more useful in a SDK context and still exercise
the building of the recipe.

With this PACKAGECONFIG added to OE-Core, we need to disable it on mingw32
since it doesn't build there. This looks like a meson configuration issue
which probably needs looking into in more detail.
