sys940x: Update to EMGD 1.16

Use the recipe-space mechanism for adding emgd as a KERNEL_FEATURE. Update to the 1.16 version and update all the SRCREV's accordingly. Include the EMGD branch in the SRC_URI and SRCREV for the sys940x machine. Signed-off-by: Darren Hart Signed-off-by: Tom Zanussi

This was ommitted during the danny dev cycle. I have added it and tested on the sys945x. It uses a known set of SRCREVs (same as fri2). Low risk, contained, and tested. Signed-off-by: Darren Hart

meta-intel: remove linux-yocto*_3.0 bbappends

meta-intel: update kernel SRCREVs and pin LINUX_VERSION

Update all the linux-yocto .bbappends with the latest kernel SRCREVs and add explicit LINUX_VERSIONs for the 1.3 release, to prevent a mismatch between the kernel version actually used in the machine branch vs the version the recipe uses for the kernel image, which can change with stable updates.
