This commit removes fishriver bsp from meta-intel layer.

Fish-River-Island-2 hardware and BSP has made this
Fish-River-Island hardware and BSP obsolete.
Also we discussed this on the Yocto Execution Tracking Meeting,
and to our knowledge no customer is using (cares about) this BSP now.

We want a failure to occur if the files specified in these statements
can't be found (e.g. when there is a misconfiguration), so use require
instead of include.

grub2 is now the default, so explicit preferred entries are
unnecessary. It also needs to be installed in the rootfs, so we need
to add it as a dependency.
