as virtualization layer allow to added kernel feature to certain kernel version, kernel 4.19 is not included, see : https://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-virtualization/commit/?id=f2f36a8061c600b35b5f0ce1599d59f1d144a3aa add bbappend to linux-intel 4.19 kernel to include necessary virtualization config when virtualizaton layer is included.
