This SoC will use mesa so mesa changes before should be more SoC specific to allow future mx6 SoC without GPU to use mesa. *	Move meta-fsl-arm content to layer root	Otavio Salvador	2015-07-16	4	-0/+400
	The meta-fsl-arm is going to be used as the base for this layer. It contains a clean history and allowing a more granullar set of changes.
