This brings its two build fixes (clang 23 -Wunused-template, EGL_NO_X11 redefinition), which apply to the fork unchanged, and renames the pycamera PACKAGECONFIG to python. Enable the kms PACKAGECONFIG, as meta-imx does, so cam can output to a KMS display. The upstream recipe now depends on libyuv, which only the virtual pipeline handler and the Android layer use. Neither is built here, and libyuv lives in meta-multimedia, which this layer does not depend on, so remove the dependency.
