qoriq-atf-tools: Suppress inconspaces on concatenated PV
PV is a version string. The :append concatenates a version component with
a leading '+' (+${SRCPV}) and must not start with a space, or the version
would contain an invalid space.
oelint.vars.inconspaces assumes :append is a space-delimited list. The
space it wants would corrupt PV, so annotate the append with
# nooelint: oelint.vars.inconspaces and document the version-string
semantics.
Suppression-only change: no effective BitBake metadata changes.
