Move from ${COREBASE}/LICENSE to ${COMMON_LICENSE_DIR}/MIT
The OE-Core now warns when someone uses ${COREBASE}/LICENSE so we
should move to ${COMMON_LICENSE_DIR}/MIT to fix this deprecated use.
