linux-imx (3.10.17): Forward port 3.10.17-1.0.0 fixes
Freescale when doing 3.10.17-1.0.1 has ignored the fixes done, by
themselves, in the 3.10.17-1.0.0 kernel.
This includes following patches, rebased on top 3.10.17-1.0.1:
