cairo: Drop 'class-target' use
The native and nativesdk classes now reset the MACHINEOVERRIDES
variable, avoiding the failure during the build due the extra flags
for Vivante support.
This patch removes the 'class-target' override as the override won't
apply in native and nativesdk use anymore.
