opencv: Drop the redundant leading space in two assignments

EXTRA_OECMAKE and PACKAGECONFIG are a plain and a weak assignment, so the
space after the opening quote joins no previous value; only :append needs
one, which line 106 keeps. 96a58b1e3 added it when it reflowed these
values. Both are whitespace-split, so the token sets are unchanged.
Tested with bitbake opencv -C configure on imx8mm-lpddr4-evk: buildhistory
byte-identical.
