sg3-utils: Scope the class extension to our machines
utp-com is BBCLASSEXTEND'd and DEPENDS on sg3-utils, so the native and
nativesdk variants have to exist for it to build. Adding them for every
machine overrides core behaviour and fails yocto-check-layer;
imx-generic-bsp and qoriq are disjoint and cover every machine we
provide, which is everywhere utp-com is useful.
Verified sg3-utils-native still resolves on imx8mm-lpddr4-evk, and built
both variants with do_package forced: buildhistory is identical.
