ppfe-firmware: update recipes
*Deploy the binary in ls1012a/u-boot/ folder as it is standalone
The ppfe-firmware is a standalone tool, deploy the binary like
other images like u-boot/kernel/rcw.
*fix missing binary in ls1012a/u-boot/ folder
